At Matcha, we take pride in the quality of our ceremonial grade powders and tea accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened items and exchanges for damaged goods.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your matcha product.
- 2.Verify Product Condition
Ensure your matcha tin or whisk remains in its original, sealed packaging, as we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened for safety reasons.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items using the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement whisk or tea set.
